Along the way, we’ll also explore the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls, a hidden gem surrounded by lush greenery. Day 1: Tarangire National Park – The Land of Giants
Start your adventure with a full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, famously known as the home of elephants. This park has one of the highest concentrations of elephants in Tanzania, and you’re almost guaranteed to spot them all year round. Tarangire is second only to the Serengeti in terms of wildlife density, making it a truly remarkable destination.
During the dry season, watch as thousands of animals migrate from the Maasai Steppe to the Tarangire River in search of water – a breathtaking spectacle of nature. After a picnic lunch in the park, we’ll head back to Poa Park for a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater – Africa’s Garden of Eden
After breakfast, we’ll descend into the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, often called Africa’s natural zoo. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to an abundance of wildlife, including an excellent chance to spot all of the legendary Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino – in one day.
Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch surrounded by breathtaking views before making our way back to Arusha in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Experience
This morning, we’ll journey from Arusha to the charming village of Materuni, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. Our adventure begins with a guided trek (about 45 minutes each way) through lush greenery to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear plunge pool – an unforgettable highlight of your trip!
Afterwards, enjoy a delicious local lunch before diving into an authentic coffee tour, where you’ll learn and take part in traditional coffee-making, from bean to cup.
