Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at the airport, a representative from GreyJoy Safari Adventures will warmly greet you and transfer you to Arusha. On the way, soak in the beautiful scenery and catch glimpses of everyday life in this vibrant city. If something along the route sparks your curiosity, just let your guide know—they’ll be happy to stop and share more about the area. Once at your lodge, take the evening to relax and prepare for the adventures ahead.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park Safari
After breakfast, set off for a full-day safari in Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds and stunning landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees. Guided by an expert safari guide, you’ll explore the park’s diverse habitats, spotting wildlife such as lions, buffalo, zebras, kudu, and gazelles. After a rewarding day of game viewing, you’ll retire to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 3: Journey to the Serengeti
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Along the way, enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the park, followed by an afternoon game drive. The Serengeti is home to the world-famous Great Migration, where wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes move across the plains in search of fresh grazing. Of course, resident predators—lions, leopards, and cheetahs—are never far behind, offering you the chance to witness nature’s true “circle of life.”

Day 4: Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti
Today is dedicated to exploring more of the Serengeti’s endless beauty and wildlife. For a truly unforgettable experience, you may choose to begin your morning with an optional hot air balloon safari, offering breathtaking aerial views of the plains. After breakfast, set out with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive, giving you the chance to encounter elephants, buffalo, impalas, cheetahs, and maybe even a leopard. Later, return to your camp for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay under the stars.

Day 5: Serengeti Morning Safari & Transfer to Karatu
Begin your day with an early game drive in Central Serengeti, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife regions. With luck, you might spot lions, giraffes, elephants, and even elusive leopards. After lunch, enjoy a scenic transfer back toward Karatu, passing through the stunning landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive in Karatu by evening, where you’ll have dinner and settle in for the night.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Safari & Return to Arusha
Start early today for a game drive inside the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the best places in Africa to spot the Big Five. The crater floor is teeming with wildlife, from lions and elephants to rare black rhinos. After this incredible wildlife experience, begin your journey back to Arusha. Along the way, enjoy scenic views of villages and farmlands before arriving at your lodge for the evening.

Day 7: Arusha City Tour & Departure
Spend your final day exploring Arusha with a guided city tour. Visit landmarks such as Mwenge Tower, the Arusha Declaration Monument, the iconic Clock Tower, Maasai Market, and the Cultural Heritage Centre. Take some time for souvenir shopping before enjoying lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your onward journey or departure flight.
