Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your lodge in Arusha. With your packed lunch in hand, you’ll set off on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park—a true gem of the northern circuit.
Famous for its massive herds of elephants, Tarangire offers an incredible variety of landscapes, from open savannahs to lush seasonal swamps. The Tarangire River winds through the park, attracting all kinds of wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled—you might spot lions on the hunt or leopards lounging in the treetops. After a full day of game viewing, we’ll head back to your lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you’ll depart for Lake Manyara National Park, enjoying a scenic drive and a game drive along the way. Lunch will be served picnic-style inside the park.
Lake Manyara is best known for its tree-climbing lions and large baboon troops that roam freely through the lush forest. The mix of lake, forest, and open plains creates a diverse and rich habitat for a wide range of wildlife and bird species.

Day 3: Journey to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, it’s time to head to one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations—Serengeti National Park. You’ll enjoy game drives along the way, stopping for lunch at a scenic spot inside the park. In the afternoon, the game drive continues as you make your way to your lodge.
The Serengeti is renowned for its epic wildlife migrations, particularly the wildebeest, zebra, and antelope herds that roam the plains. But it’s not just about the herds—you’ll also have great chances to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards in action.

Day 4: Morning in Serengeti, Evening in Karatu (Near Ngorongoro)
Start your day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti—an ideal time to catch predators on the move and wildlife at its most active. Later in the day, you’ll depart the Serengeti and travel to the charming highlands of Karatu, located near the Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll spend the night here, getting ready for tomorrow’s early descent into the crater.
Main Destination: Serengeti National Park (Morning) / Karatu (Evening)

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater & Return to Arusha
After an early breakfast, you’ll head into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive. With your lunch boxes packed, you’ll spend the day exploring the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera, home to around 30,000 animals year-round. Expect close-up views of elephants, buffaloes, lions, rhinos, and even flamingos lining the soda lake.
Once your crater experience is complete, we’ll make the drive back to Arusha, marking the end of this incredible safari journey.
